Ask about setup, breakdown, delivery, travel, assistants, additional hours and anything else that could become an added expense.
2️⃣ What happens if you can`t be there on our wedding day?
Emergencies happen. Make sure your vendor has a backup plan.
3️⃣ Have you worked at our venue before?
It`s absolutely not a dealbreaker if they haven`t! But ask how they`ll familiarize themselves with the space and coordinate with the venue beforehand.
4️⃣ What do you need from our other vendors?
This one is important! Your photographer, DJ, caterer, planner, florist and venue aren`t working in separate bubbles. A smooth wedding day takes COMMUNICATION.
5️⃣ What`s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Know what happens to deposits, payments and your contract if plans unexpectedly change.
